The HH Building was also the first project in Taiwan to obtain WELL certification. Shawn Jiang, general manager of RCI said, “We are very pleased that Hongshun Development is working with us once again to set a new milestone for Taiwan’s construction industry!”
Guo Junliang, Chairman of Hongshun Development, pointed out, “We are pleased to introduce leading international construction benchmarks into Kaohsiung HH as a model.”
PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS
Kaohsiung HH Building is the first building in Taiwan to obtain WELL certification.
The WELL building standard is used to measure the impact of the built environment on human health, well-being and behavior. WELL not only includes physical health, but also extends to mental health. The WELL evaluation system contains a total of 102 indicators divided into seven categories: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Fitness, Comfort, and Mind. Under the continuous cooperation efforts of Hongshun Development and RCI Engineering, all the necessary requirements for WELL certification were achieved. Taking people as the starting point, we created a healthy, non-toxic, comfortable and efficient office space.
