LEED Commissioning Authority

RCI can act as the independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) on LEED projects, supporting the commissioning process from design through handover to ensure building systems are installed, tested, and operating as intended.

Our role is to provide technical oversight, verification, and coordination to ensure that systems perform in alignment with the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD).
