With RCI professional guidance, the Jiunyo Nantou Factory has successfully completed the rigorous review by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), and received LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction Certification.

Throughout the project, we collaborated with the team to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes across multiple areas:
Energy Efficiency: Achieved about 17% energy savings through high-performance HVAC systems and renewable energy integration.
Water Stewardship: Reduced outdoor water demand to zero and lowered indoor water use by nearly 40% with rainwater harvesting and efficient fixtures.
Resource Circularity: Diverted 83% of construction waste from landfills, supporting a circular economy.
Healthy Environment: Installed CO₂ sensors and implemented IAQ management to ensure a safe and comfortable workplace.
We believe this certification is not only a recognition of building performance, but also a reflection of how ESG strategies can be put into practice and aligned with international standards. We will continue to support more partners in demonstrating sustainability with data-driven results, building trust and competitiveness in the global market.
