RCI Hosts Seminar to Explore Common Building System Issues and Smart Fixes

RCI recently hosted a Green Building Environmental Quality Integrated Solutions seminar, targeting the essential environmental needs of interior design companies, luxury brands, distributors, and air conditioning engineering companies. The seminar tackled the common dilemma of balancing indoor mold prevention with energy conservation, offering practical tips for optimizing the environmental quality of green buildings.

Shaun Bettinson, Director of Solutions at RCI, walked attendees through recent experiences and recurring challenges encountered in clients' building systems, discussing how these issues typically manifest, from ventilation inconsistencies to indoor air quality complaints, as well as the diagnostic techniques and data analysis methods used to identify root causes. He also shared practical adjustments clients can make to their internal building management systems to prevent similar issues from recurring, giving attendees actionable insights for their own projects.

The seminar also featured Chen Ruiqi (陳睿麒), General Manager of Quankang Technology (WeTop), who introduced WeTop's product line and the technology behind its effectiveness in improving indoor environments. His presentation offered further insight into how targeted indoor air and environmental solutions can complement broader building performance strategies, from indoor mold prevention to air conditioning energy efficiency.
