JSL Group to New Milestone: Dual UL Certifications for City of Love and Park Mansion No. 1 with RCI
RCI Sustainability Group has once again supported JSL Group in advancing the standard for sustainable housing in Taiwan, this time helping two of its flagship residential developments, City of Love and Park Mansion No. 1, achieve both the UL Verified Healthy Building for New Construction Residential and UL Verified Enhanced Construction Transparency certifications. With this achievement, JSL continues to build on its position as a leader in transparent, health-conscious residential development in Taiwan.
As lead consultant on the project, RCI managed the full certification process across both developments, from certification strategy and documentation to on-site coordination and audit preparation. This meant working closely with JSL's teams to embed practical, verifiable standards into everyday construction practice, including detailed construction milestone tracking, material selection review, and indoor air and water quality testing.
