TURVO’s newly constructed manufacturing facility in the Taichung Port Export Processing Zone has been awarded the LEED BD+C Silver certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s green building rating system. This achievement reflects the company’s strategic commitment to environmental sustainability and intelligent manufacturing. RCI served as the green building consultant for the project, leading the LEED integration process and overseeing the overall certification strategy.

From the early planning stages, the project was shaped around key sustainability principles, including energy efficiency, water conservation, responsible material selection, and indoor environmental quality. The facility incorporates high-performance HVAC and lighting systems, water-saving fixtures, and reflective roofing materials to enhance building efficiency while improving occupant comfort and well-being. These strategies also significantly reduce resource consumption and carbon emissions.
This certification marks a major milestone in TURVO’s journey toward sustainable operations and underscores RCI’s expertise in delivering green building solutions for the manufacturing sector. With a focus on measurable outcomes and global standards, RCI remains dedicated to helping companies enhance operational resilience and environmental performance. Learn more
